Integrations Overview

Connect Modal

Most platforms require admin access. Key requirements:

  • Instagram: Business/Creator account linked to a Facebook Page (you must be Page admin)
  • Facebook: Admin access to the Page
  • LinkedIn: Personal Profile or Company Page (admin access for Pages)
  • X (Twitter): Verified account for some features
  • YouTube: Verified channel (1,000+ subscribers for Shorts scheduling)
  • Pinterest: Business account

For detailed requirements, see the platform-specific guides.

Create a simple test post scheduled for 5 minutes from now to verify everything works. Go to Create > New Post, select your connected platform, write a quick test message, and schedule it. Check your platform after 5 minutes to confirm it published automatically.

“Authorization failed” or “Permission denied”

  • Verify you’re an admin of the account/page
  • For Instagram: Ensure your account is linked to a Facebook Page and you’re a Page admin
  • Try logging out and back into the platform, then reconnect

“Account already connected”

  • This account is connected to another IDEQO workspace. Disconnect it there first, then connect here.

“Connection expired”

  • Go to Settings > Integrations and click Reconnect next to the account
  • If that doesn’t work, disconnect and reconnect completely

“Post failed to publish”

  • Check IDEQO notifications for specific error messages
  • Verify your account is still connected (green checkmark)
  • Try publishing a simpler post (text-only) to test
