Facebook Pages - Connect and Schedule Posts

Connect Facebook Page

1. Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
2. Locate the Facebook card and click Connect.
3. Log in to your Facebook account.
4. Select which Facebook Pages you want to connect (you must be an admin).
5. Grant the required permissions.
6. Click Confirm to finish the setup.

ℹ️ Note

You must be an Admin of the Facebook Page to connect it. Editor or Moderator roles may not be sufficient for all features.

Supported Content Types

IDEQO currently supports the following content types for Facebook Pages:

• Feed Posts: Text, Images, and Links.
• Videos: Standard video posts uploaded to your Page’s video library and feed.

⚠️ Warning

Stories, Reels, Polls, and Events are not currently supported for Facebook Pages via the API integration.

Creating Facebook Posts

1. Go to Content or Create Social Post.
2. Select Facebook as the destination platform.
3. Choose the specific Page you want to publish to.
4. Create your content (add text, upload media, or paste a link).
5. (Optional) Customize the post for Facebook specifically if cross-posting.
6. Click Schedule or Publish Now.

• Consistency Matters: Post 1-2 times per day to keep your audience engaged.
• Video First: Facebook algorithm prioritizes video content.
• Engage: Ask questions in your captions to drive comments and discussion.
