12. Google User Data & YouTube API Services
IDEQO uses Google user data (including YouTube API data) only to provide and improve user-facing features you enable (e.g., connect your channel, upload videos, fetch analytics, schedule content). We do not use Google user data for advertising, selling to data brokers, credit or lending decisions, creating unrelated databases, or training AI models.
We request the minimum necessary scopes in context. We don't transfer Google user data except to service providers acting on our behalf, for security, legal compliance, or with your consent, and we don't allow human access except with your request, for security/legal reasons, or on aggregated/de-identified data.
You can revoke access anytime at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions; when you revoke, we delete any stored YouTube API data related to that grant as soon as possible (within 7 days).

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of significant changes by:

14. Integration & Analytics Data
Integration credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit, stored only while active, and immediately deleted upon disconnect.
We store encrypted analytics and performance data to provide insights and trend analysis. This data expires automatically and is retained for up to 90 days, after which historical metrics are purged. Data is used solely for your account's analytics and is not shared except as outlined in Section 4.
15. Data Controller & Processor Roles
IDEQO acts as a data controller for your account information and as a processor/service provider for workspace data (audience, content, assets).
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses is available upon request. We use subprocessors under written agreements and implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
16. Data Sales & Advertising
We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you explicitly opt in. We honor applicable opt-out signals where legally required.
17. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states have rights including access, correction, deletion, and the right to appeal a denial. Submit requests to [email protected]. We verify identity, respond within required timeframes, and honor authorized agent submissions.

Our AI assists with content generation and analytics but does not make legally or similarly significant decisions through automated processing alone. You may request human review of decisions that materially affect you where required by law.
