LinkedIn Integration - Personal Profiles & Company Pages

What You Can Connect

IDEQO’s unified LinkedIn integration supports:

  • Personal Profiles (your individual LinkedIn account)
  • Company Pages (business pages you admin)

Connect LinkedIn

You can connect both your Personal Profile and any Company Pages you manage in a single flow.

  1. Go to the Integrations page.
  2. Locate the LinkedIn card and click Connect.
  3. Log in to your LinkedIn account if prompted.
  4. Grant the requested permissions (required for posting and analytics).
  5. Select Pages: After authentication, you will see a list of available profiles and pages.
  6. Select the Personal Profile and/or Company Pages you want to connect.
  7. Click Confirm to complete the setup.

Post Types

Text Posts

Section titled “Text Posts”
  • Up to 3,000 characters
  • Supports line breaks, formatting, and emojis

Image Posts

Section titled “Image Posts”
  • Single image or carousel (up to 9 images)
  • Formats: JPG, PNG (Max 10MB per image)
  • Recommended size: 1200x627px

Video Posts

Section titled “Video Posts”
  • Max 10 minutes, 200MB
  • Formats: MP4, MOV, AVI (Recommended: 1080p, H.264)

  • Add a URL to your text post to generate a link preview
  • Note: Link previews only appear if no other media (images/video) is attached

Creating LinkedIn Posts

Section titled “Creating LinkedIn Posts”
  1. Go to Create > New Post.
  2. Select LinkedIn as the platform.
  3. Choose the specific Personal Profile or Company Page to post to.
  4. Write your post (first 140 characters show in feed).
  5. Add media (image, video, or link).
  6. Schedule or publish immediately.

LinkedIn Best Practices

Post consistently 3-5 times per week for Company Pages; 1-2 times per day for Personal Profiles.

Engage in comments Reply to comments within the first hour to boost reach.

Use 3-5 hashtags Mix popular (#Marketing) and niche (#B2BSaaS) hashtags.

Common Issues

“Unable to post to Company Page” → Verify you are still an admin in LinkedIn Page settings.

“Post rejected by LinkedIn” → Check if your content violates LinkedIn’s community guidelines.

“Video upload failed” → Ensure the file is under 200MB and in MP4 format.
