IDEQO works best on modern browsers with the latest features. This guide covers supported browsers, known issues, and how to troubleshoot browser-related problems.

Browser Requirements

- ES2020+ JavaScript - Modern JavaScript features
- CSS Grid & Flexbox - Layout features
- Web APIs - File API, Canvas API, WebGL
- Local Storage - For saving preferences
- Modern Security Features - CORS, COEP, COOP headers
Required Features
Section titled “Required Features”- SharedArrayBuffer - For video conversion (requires specific security headers)
- Canvas API - For design editor
- File API - For uploading media
- Fetch API - For API requests
- WebSocket - For real-time features (if applicable)
Known Browser Issues

Section titled “Video Conversion Issues”Problem: Video conversion may not work in some browsers.
Affected Browsers:

- These specific versions are required because IDEQO uses the

How to Check: If you see a warning message about “Limited Video Support Detected” when uploading videos, your browser likely lacks the specific security features required for in-browser video conversion. Switch to a recent version of Chrome or Firefox for this specific feature.
Cross-Origin Issues
Section titled “Cross-Origin Issues”Problem: Some resources may fail to load due to cross-origin policies.
Affected Browsers:
- Browsers with strict security settings
- Browsers blocking third-party resources
Solution:
- IDEQO uses
credentiallessCOEP policy to balance security and compatibility - If you see blocked resources, try:
- Clear your browser cache
- Disable strict browser extensions temporarily
- Check browser security settings
Design Editor Performance
Section titled “Design Editor Performance”Problem: Design editor may be slow or unresponsive.
Affected Browsers:
- Older browsers with limited Canvas API support
- Browsers with disabled hardware acceleration
Solution:
