Frequently Asked Questions About IDEQO

What is IDEQO? IDEQO is a content command center that helps small businesses and creators plan, write, and auto-publish consistent, on-brand content across their platforms from one place. Instead of juggling separate tools, IDEQO becomes your central hub for social media posts, blog content, and email campaigns.

Is there a free plan? Yes. IDEQO offers a free plan so you can try the product before committing. See our plans page for a breakdown of what’s included on each tier and the limits that apply.

How much does IDEQO cost? See our pricing page for current plan details and feature comparisons across Free, Starter, Creator, and Pro tiers.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. See Billing & Plans for step-by-step instructions.

What happens to my content if I cancel? Your published content stays live on your connected platforms. Scheduled posts that haven’t gone out yet will not be published after cancellation. You can export your data before cancelling. Contact support if you need help with this.

Which platforms can I connect? Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Shopify.

Do I need Business accounts? For Instagram (Business or Creator) and TikTok, yes. Other platforms work with standard accounts. See the relevant integration guides for setup requirements.

How many social accounts can I connect? The number of connected accounts depends on your plan. Check the plans page for the exact limits per tier.

Can I post to multiple platforms at once? Yes. When creating a post, you can select multiple connected platforms and publish to all of them simultaneously. You can also customize the caption per platform before sending.

Does IDEQO integrate with Shopify? Yes. Connect your Shopify store to automatically pull in products and turn them into ready-to-post social content. See the Shopify integration guide for setup details.

Is WordPress integration available? WordPress publishing is on the roadmap. You can use IDEQO’s blog editor to write and optimize blog posts, then copy them to WordPress manually in the meantime.

How does the AI content generation work? IDEQO uses AI to help you write captions, blog posts, email copy, and carousel scripts. You provide the context (product info, brand voice, and platform) and the AI generates a first draft you can refine. The AI learns your brand voice over time through your Brand Kit.

Will AI content get flagged by Google? AI-assisted content is not penalized if it’s genuinely helpful and provides real value to readers. IDEQO’s workflow encourages you to review and edit AI drafts, not publish them raw. Always add your unique insight before publishing blog content.

Are there limits on AI usage? Yes. AI generation credits are allocated per plan per month. See the AI usage limits page for current quotas.

Can multiple team members use IDEQO? Yes. Team features are available on paid plans. Invite team members, assign roles (Owner, Admin, or Member), and collaborate on content with comments and status workflows. See Inviting Team Members for details.

Can I leave feedback on a teammate’s post before it goes out? Yes. Use the Comments panel inside the editor to leave feedback, reply to threads, and resolve discussions. See Collaboration for the full workflow.

Why did my post fail to publish? See our publishing errors guide for common errors and fixes. The most common cause is an expired access token. See Token Refresh to fix that quickly.

How do I refresh an expired token? See our token refresh guide.

Can I schedule Instagram Stories or Reels? Feed posts, Reels, and carousels are supported. Stories have platform-level restrictions on third-party scheduling. Check the Instagram integration guide for the current supported formats.

What is the Publishing Queue? The queue lets you define recurring time slots and IDEQO fills them automatically with your next unscheduled post. See Queue and Slots for setup.

Is there a mobile app? A mobile app is in development. In the meantime, IDEQO’s web app is mobile-responsive and works well in mobile browsers.

Which browsers are supported? IDEQO works best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on current versions. See Browser Compatibility if you run into issues.
