Bulk Content Generation

Bulk Content Generation lets you create multiple content ideas at once and organize them into clusters. This is perfect when you’re planning a content series, campaign, or need lots of ideas around one topic.

Instead of creating ideas one by one, bulk generation helps you:

  • Generate multiple ideas around a single topic
  • Organize ideas into clusters (groups)
  • Track progress on each cluster
  • Schedule multiple ideas at once

Think of it as creating a content campaign—all your ideas for “Summer Marketing” or “Product Launch” grouped together.

Go to Bulk Generation from the main menu, or navigate to /bulk-generation.

You’ll see three tabs:

  • Generate Ideas - Create new idea clusters
  • Manage Clusters - View and manage existing clusters
  • Bulk Schedule - Schedule multiple ideas at once

The generation process uses a step-by-step wizard:

Start by setting up your cluster:

  1. Cluster Name - Give your cluster a name (like “Summer Campaign” or “Product Tips”)
  2. Description - Briefly describe what this cluster is about
  3. Primary Content Type - Choose Blog Posts, Social Media, Email Campaigns, Video Content, or Other

Click Continue to move to the next step.

Set how many ideas you want and add details:

  1. Number of Ideas - Use the slider to choose 1-52 ideas
  2. Tags - Add tags to help organize ideas (press Enter or click Add)
  3. Additional Context - Add any specific details to help generate better ideas

Click Generate Ideas to create your ideas.

Review all the generated ideas before saving:

  • See titles, types, tags, and subtasks for each idea
  • Scroll through the list to review everything
  • Click Back if you want to change settings
  • Click Confirm Generation to save all ideas

Once ideas are generated, you can:

  • Create Another Cluster - Generate more ideas
  • Schedule Ideas - Go to the Bulk Schedule tab

The Manage Clusters tab shows all your idea clusters in a grid view.

Each cluster card shows:

  • Cluster Name - The name you gave it
  • Description - What the cluster is about
  • Progress Bar - How many ideas are completed vs total
  • Tags - Up to 3 visible tags (with a count if more)
  • Actions - Schedule or View Ideas buttons

Click View Ideas on any cluster card to see all ideas in that cluster. You can:

  • See ideas in Kanban, Grid, or Table view
  • Filter and search ideas
  • Edit individual ideas
  • See which ideas are completed

The progress bar shows:

  • Completed ideas / Total ideas
  • Visual progress indicator

This helps you track how much content you’ve created from each cluster.

The Bulk Schedule tab lets you schedule multiple ideas at once.

  1. Use filters to narrow down ideas:
    • Search - Find specific ideas by text
    • Filter by cluster - Select a specific cluster or “All Clusters”
    • Content type - Filter by type (Blog, Social, etc.)
  2. Select ideas:
    • Click checkboxes next to individual ideas
    • Click the top checkbox to Select All visible ideas
  3. Choose a date using the date picker button (“Pick a date”)
  4. Click Schedule (showing the number of selected ideas)

Clusters are groups of related ideas. They help you:

  • Organize campaigns - Keep all ideas for one campaign together
  • Track progress - See how many ideas you’ve completed
  • Plan content series - Group ideas for a blog series or social campaign
  • Batch work - Work on multiple related ideas at once
  • Clusters - Groups of ideas around one topic (created via Bulk Generation)
  • Individual Ideas - Single ideas created one at a time (created via Ideas page)

Both appear in your Ideas page, but clusters help you see related ideas together.

  1. Use descriptive cluster names - Make it easy to find clusters later
  2. Add context - The more details you provide, the better the generated ideas
  3. Start with fewer ideas - Try 5-10 ideas first to see how it works
  4. Use tags consistently - Tag ideas so you can filter them later
  5. Review before confirming - Always preview generated ideas before saving
  6. Track progress - Check cluster progress regularly to see what’s done

How many ideas can I generate at once?

You can generate 1-52 ideas per cluster. For best results, start with 5-15 ideas.

Can I edit ideas after generating them?

Yes! After ideas are created, you can edit them individually just like any other idea.

What’s the difference between Bulk Generation and Brainstorm?

  • Brainstorm (on Ideas page) - Generates 1-6 quick ideas for immediate use
  • Bulk Generation - Creates larger clusters (1-52 ideas) organized around a topic

Use Brainstorm for quick inspiration, Bulk Generation for planning campaigns.

Can I add ideas to an existing cluster?

Not directly. You’d need to create a new cluster or add ideas manually to the Ideas page and tag them similarly.

What happens if I delete a cluster?

Deleting a cluster doesn’t delete the ideas—they stay in your Ideas page but are no longer grouped in the cluster.

Can I schedule ideas from multiple clusters at once?

Yes, use the Bulk Schedule tab and filter by “All Clusters” to see ideas from all clusters.
