AI Prompts and Guardrails

The AI Assistant on the New Idea page (/new-idea) helps you generate on-brand content using configurable prompts and brand guardrails.

Accessing the AI Assistant

Click the floating AI Assistant button (sparkles icon) in the bottom-right corner of the New Idea editor. This opens the AI Text Generator panel.

AI Prompts (Input Sources)

You can guide the AI using five different input sources:

1. Topic: Enter a general topic or subject.
2. Idea: Use an existing idea description (auto-filled if an idea is selected).
3. Text: Paste existing text to rewrite or improve.
4. URL: Provide a link to a webpage to generate content from.
5. Image: Upload an image to generate captions or descriptions.

Brand Guardrails

To ensure content matches your brand identity, configure the following guardrails:

• Brand Kit: Select your active Brand Kit to apply your business context (mission, values, audience).
• Brand Voice: Choose a specific voice tone (e.g., “Professional,” “Witty”) to control the writing style.

Configuration Options

Fine-tune the output with these settings:

• Format/Tone: Choose from styles like Tips, Story, Question, List, CTA, or Educational.
• Keywords: Add specific keywords to include (comma-separated).
• Web Search: Enable to include real-time information (may increase generation time).
• Emojis: Toggle to include or exclude emojis in the output.

Generating and Using Content

1. Click Generate Content (or Generate Ideas).
2. Review the generated variations.
3. Edit: You can manually edit the selected variation before using it.
4. Insert: Click Insert Content to add the text to your editor (replaces or appends).
