Dedicated fields for tracking asset rights and licensing are currently in development.

Currently, IDEQO focuses on storing and organizing your media assets. Detailed rights management (e.g., expiration dates, specific license terms) is not yet built into the core Media Library interface.

Workaround: Using Tags

You can effectively track usage rights by using Tags in the Media Details dialog.

1. Click on any asset in the Library.
2. In the details dialog, locate the Tags input.
3. Add tags such as:
   • Commercial Use
   • Personal Only
   • Royalty Free
   • License: CC0

These tags allow you to filter and find assets based on their usage rights when creating content.

Usage Analytics vs. Rights

Please note that Rights and Usage refers to legal permissions for your assets. For Usage Analytics (tracking how many AI generations or storage you have used), please visit the Billing section in your account settings.
