Brand Guidelines & Kit
What is the Brand Kit?
Section titled “What is the Brand Kit?”The Brand Kit is your central hub for all visual and stylistic elements of your brand. By setting up your colors, fonts, logos, and voice once, IDEQO ensures that:
- AI generated content sounds like you.
- Designs automatically use your brand colors and fonts.
- Team members always have access to the correct assets.
Accessing the Brand Kit
Section titled “Accessing the Brand Kit”Navigate to Brand Kit in the main navigation menu (or go to /brand-kit).
1. Brand Overview
Section titled “1. Brand Overview”The Overview tab captures the core identity of your business. This information helps IDEQO’s AI understand who you are and who you’re talking to.
- Brand Kit Name: Give your kit a recognizable name (e.g., “Main Brand”, “Holiday Campaign”).
- Business Details: Enter your business name, tagline, website, and industry.
- Brand Story: Describe your mission and vision. This provides context for content generation.
2. Visual Style
Section titled “2. Visual Style”The Style tab is where you define your brand’s look and feel.
Brand Colors
Section titled “Brand Colors”Set your palette to ensure consistency across all designs.
- Primary: Your main brand color.
- Secondary & Tertiary: Supporting colors.
- Accent: Used for highlights and calls to action.
- Text & Background: Default colors for readability.
Typography
Section titled “Typography”Choose the fonts that represent your brand. You can set:
- Heading Font: For titles and attention-grabbing text.
- Body Font: For longer descriptions and captions.
- Font Weights & Styles: Customize bold/italic preferences.
3. Brand Assets
Section titled “3. Brand Assets”Upload your official files in the Assets tab so they are always ready to use.
- Primary Logo: Your main logo (usually horizontal).
- Alternative Logo: A variation (e.g., all white or stacked).
- Logo Icon: Your favicon or simplified mark.
Brand Imagery
Section titled “Brand Imagery”Upload a collection of on-brand photos, textures, or patterns. These will be prioritized when you create designs or generate posts.
Brand Documents
Section titled “Brand Documents”Store important guides for your team:
- Brand Guidelines: Your official PDF style guide.
- Content Strategy: Strategy documents.
- Marketing Materials: Brochures, flyers, or standard decks.
4. Brand Voice
Section titled “4. Brand Voice”The Voice tab allows you to define how your brand speaks. You can set tone traits (e.g., “Professional”, “Witty”) and keywords to include or avoid.
Managing Multiple Brand Kits
Section titled “Managing Multiple Brand Kits”If you manage multiple businesses or distinct sub-brands, you can create separate kits for each.
- Go to the Manage tab.
- Click Create New Brand Kit.
- Fill in the details for the new brand.
- Use the dropdown at the top of the Brand Kit page to switch between them.
You can also Duplicate an existing kit to use as a starting point for a new one.
