Brand Guidelines & Kit

The Brand Kit is your central hub for all visual and stylistic elements of your brand. By setting up your colors, fonts, logos, and voice once, IDEQO ensures that:

  • AI generated content sounds like you.
  • Designs automatically use your brand colors and fonts.
  • Team members always have access to the correct assets.

Navigate to Brand Kit in the main navigation menu (or go to /brand-kit).

The Overview tab captures the core identity of your business. This information helps IDEQO’s AI understand who you are and who you’re talking to.

  • Brand Kit Name: Give your kit a recognizable name (e.g., “Main Brand”, “Holiday Campaign”).
  • Business Details: Enter your business name, tagline, website, and industry.
  • Brand Story: Describe your mission and vision. This provides context for content generation.

The Style tab is where you define your brand’s look and feel.

Set your palette to ensure consistency across all designs.

  • Primary: Your main brand color.
  • Secondary & Tertiary: Supporting colors.
  • Accent: Used for highlights and calls to action.
  • Text & Background: Default colors for readability.

Choose the fonts that represent your brand. You can set:

  • Heading Font: For titles and attention-grabbing text.
  • Body Font: For longer descriptions and captions.
  • Font Weights & Styles: Customize bold/italic preferences.

Upload your official files in the Assets tab so they are always ready to use.

  • Primary Logo: Your main logo (usually horizontal).
  • Alternative Logo: A variation (e.g., all white or stacked).
  • Logo Icon: Your favicon or simplified mark.

Upload a collection of on-brand photos, textures, or patterns. These will be prioritized when you create designs or generate posts.

Store important guides for your team:

  • Brand Guidelines: Your official PDF style guide.
  • Content Strategy: Strategy documents.
  • Marketing Materials: Brochures, flyers, or standard decks.

The Voice tab allows you to define how your brand speaks. You can set tone traits (e.g., “Professional”, “Witty”) and keywords to include or avoid.

If you manage multiple businesses or distinct sub-brands, you can create separate kits for each.

  1. Go to the Manage tab.
  2. Click Create New Brand Kit.
  3. Fill in the details for the new brand.
  4. Use the dropdown at the top of the Brand Kit page to switch between them.

You can also Duplicate an existing kit to use as a starting point for a new one.
