Exporting Reports

Exporting reports lets you share your analytics data with your team, clients, or stakeholders. You can export data in different formats and create custom reports for specific time periods.

Exporting reports helps you:

  • Share insights - Send reports to team members or clients
  • Create presentations - Use PDF reports in meetings or presentations
  • Analyze data - Export CSV files for deeper analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Track progress - Keep historical records of your performance
  • Client reporting - Provide regular reports to clients

IDEQO supports exporting analytics data in different formats:

CSV (Comma-Separated Values) files are perfect for:

  • Data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Creating custom charts and graphs
  • Combining with other data sources
  • Detailed post-level data

  • Formatted for easy reading
  1. Go to Analytics (/analytics)
  2. Select your time range (Last 7 days, 30 days, etc.)
  3. Click Export button (top right)
  4. Choose export format:
    • CSV - For data analysis
    • PDF - For sharing and presentations
  5. Select what to include:
    • Overview metrics
    • Post performance
    • Platform comparison
    • Custom date range
  6. Click Download

The report will download to your browser’s default download location.

You can also export platform-specific reports:

  1. Go to Integrations (/integrations)
  2. Click on an integration
  3. Go to the Analytics tab
  4. Click Export (if available)
  5. Choose format and date range
  6. Download

Create reports with specific filters:

  • Date range - Any custom period
  • Platform - One or multiple platforms
  • Content type - Posts, stories, videos, etc.
  • Performance - Top performers, underperformers, etc.

Select any date range for your report:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 6 months
  • Last year
  • Custom range (pick start and end dates)

Filter reports by:

  • Platform - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Content type - Posts, stories, videos, carousels
  • Performance - Top performers, all posts, failed posts
  • Status - Published, scheduled, drafts

Choose which metrics to include:

  • Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
  • Reach and impressions
  • Click-through rates
  • Follower growth
  • Publishing performance

  2. Download the file (CSV or PDF)
  3. Share via email, Slack, or file sharing service

CSV files can be opened in:

  • Excel - Full spreadsheet analysis
  • Google Sheets - Collaborative analysis
  • Numbers (Mac) - Native Mac spreadsheet app
  • Any text editor - View raw data

  • Create pivot tables to summarize data
  • Build custom charts

PDF reports are ready to:

  • Email - Send directly to stakeholders
  • Present - Use in meetings or presentations
  • Print - Physical copies for records
  • Archive - Keep for historical reference
  • Weekly - Export weekly summaries for team updates
  • Monthly - Create monthly reports for stakeholders
  • Quarterly - Comprehensive quarterly reports for strategy reviews
  • Name files clearly - Use dates in filenames (e.g., “Analytics-Report-Jan-2025.pdf”)
  • Store systematically - Keep reports organized by date
  • Version control - Don’t overwrite old reports
