Security & Privacy

Manage your account security settings directly from your user profile. IDEQO provides tools to ensure your account remains secure, including email verification status and password management.

To access your security settings:

  1. Click your Profile Picture in the top right corner.
  2. Select Settings (or navigate to /user-profile).
  3. Click on the Security tab.

Your email verification status is displayed at the top of the Security tab.

  • Verified: A green checkmark indicates your email address has been successfully verified. This ensures you can receive important account notifications and password reset links.
  • Unverified: If your email is not verified, you may have limited access to certain features.

You can update your password at any time to maintain account security.

To change your password:

  1. Navigate to the Security tab in your profile.
  2. Under “Account Actions”, click the Change Password button.
  3. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address ([Your Email]).
  4. Check your inbox and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Your personal information, such as name and role, is managed in the Personal Info tab of your profile. IDEQO uses this information to personalize your experience and for team collaboration contexts.
