Integration Insights
Integration Insights show you platform-specific analytics for each connected integration. Each platform has its own metrics and insights, so you can see exactly how your content is performing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Shopify.
Accessing Integration Insights
Section titled “Accessing Integration Insights”To view insights for a specific integration:
- Click Insights in the sidebar (
/insights) - Use the platform selector at the top to switch between connected integrations (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shopify)
- If you have multiple accounts for a platform, select the specific account you want to analyze
AI-Powered Insights
Section titled “AI-Powered Insights”IDEQO analyzes your performance data to provide personalized recommendations and alerts. These appear at the top of your insights dashboard:
- Success Alerts: Highlight strong performance (e.g., “Excellent Engagement Rate”)
- Opportunities: Suggestions to improve reach (e.g., “Consider posting more videos”)
- Warnings: Alerts about consistency or drops in performance
- Actionable Tips: Specific advice based on your content mix and audience behavior
Instagram Insights
Section titled “Instagram Insights”Instagram insights show you how your content performs on Instagram, including engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”- Total Posts - Number of posts published
- Total Engagement - Combined likes, comments, and saves
- Average Likes - Average likes per post
- Average Comments - Average comments per post
- Engagement Rate - Percentage of followers who engage with your content
- Reach Growth - How your reach is changing over time
Content Mix
Section titled “Content Mix”See what types of content you’re posting:
- Images - Photo posts
- Videos - Video posts
- Carousels - Multi-image posts
Each type shows:
- Count of posts
- Engagement rate for that content type
Top Performing Posts
Section titled “Top Performing Posts”See your best-performing posts with:
- Post preview
- Likes and comments
- Reach and impressions (when available)
- Published date
Publishing Performance
Section titled “Publishing Performance”Track your publishing activity:
- Monthly Comparison - Compare current month to previous month
- Success Rate - Percentage of posts that published successfully
- Posting Consistency - How regularly you’re posting
- Activity Summary - Recent activity and trends
Facebook Insights
Section titled “Facebook Insights”Facebook insights show page-level and post-level performance metrics.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”- Total Posts - Number of posts published
- Posts Last 30 Days - Recent posting activity
- Total Engagement - Combined reactions, comments, and shares
- Average Likes - Average reactions per post
- Average Comments - Average comments per post
- Engagement Rate - Percentage of followers who engage
- Followers Count - Total page followers
Page-Level Insights
Section titled “Page-Level Insights”- Page Impressions - How many times your page was seen
- Engaged Users - Users who interacted with your page
- Page Views - Total page views
- Post Engagements - Total engagements on all posts
Post-Level Metrics
Section titled “Post-Level Metrics”For each post, see:
- Reach - How many people saw the post
- Impressions - Total number of times the post was shown
- Reactions - Likes, loves, and other reactions
- Comments - Comment count
- Shares - Share count
LinkedIn Insights
Section titled “LinkedIn Insights”LinkedIn insights focus on professional network engagement and content performance.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”- Total Posts - Number of posts published
- Total Connections - Your LinkedIn network size
- Average Engagement - Average likes, comments, and shares
- Profile Views - How many people viewed your profile
- Engagement Rate - Percentage of connections who engage
Content Breakdown
Section titled “Content Breakdown”See what types of content perform best:
- Text Posts - Text-only posts
- Images - Posts with images
- Videos - Video posts
- Documents - PDFs and documents
Each type shows:
- Count and percentage of total posts
- Engagement rate for that content type
Top Posts
Section titled “Top Posts”View your best-performing LinkedIn posts with:
- Post preview
- Likes, comments, and shares
- Impressions
- Published date
TikTok Insights
Section titled “TikTok Insights”TikTok insights focus on video performance and audience engagement.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”- Video Views - Total views across your videos
- Likes - Total likes received
- Comments - Total comments received
- Shares - Total shares
- Followers - Current follower count
Video Performance
Section titled “Video Performance”Analyze how your videos are performing:
- Engagement Rate - Percentage of viewers who engage
- Average Watch Time - How long people watch your videos
- Completion Rate - Percentage of viewers who watch to the end
Shopify Insights
Section titled “Shopify Insights”Shopify insights help you track product performance and social commerce metrics.
Key Metrics
Section titled “Key Metrics”- Total Products - Number of products in your store
- Product Views - Views generated from social posts
- Click-Through Rate - Percentage of clicks on product links
- Social Sales - Sales attributed to social media channels (when available)
Understanding Your Insights
Section titled “Understanding Your Insights”Engagement Rate
Section titled “Engagement Rate”Engagement rate shows what percentage of your audience interacts with your content. Higher is generally better, but rates vary by platform:
- Instagram: Typically 1-5% is good
- Facebook: Typically 0.5-2% is good
- LinkedIn: Typically 2-5% is good
- TikTok: Typically 3-9% is good
Reach vs Impressions
Section titled “Reach vs Impressions”- Reach - Number of unique people who saw your content
- Impressions - Total number of times your content was shown (includes repeat views)
Content Mix
Section titled “Content Mix”A balanced content mix helps keep your audience engaged. Try to vary:
- Content types (images, videos, text)
- Topics and themes
- Posting times
Tips for Using Insights
Section titled “Tips for Using Insights”- Check regularly - Review insights weekly to spot trends
- Compare months - Use monthly comparisons to see growth
- Focus on engagement rate - This metric shows how well your content resonates
- Identify top performers - Learn from your best posts
- Track consistency - Regular posting often improves performance
- Act on AI Recommendations - Use the AI-powered suggestions to optimize your strategy
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”No Data Showing
Section titled “No Data Showing”- Make sure your integration is connected and active
- Check that you’ve published posts through IDEQO
- Wait a few minutes for data to refresh
- Try clicking the refresh button
Metrics Seem Wrong
Section titled “Metrics Seem Wrong”- Some platforms have delays in reporting (24-48 hours)
- Metrics are cached for performance (refresh to get latest)
- Check that your integration has proper permissions
Missing Features
Section titled “Missing Features”Some platforms have limited analytics available through their APIs. IDEQO shows all available metrics, but some platforms don’t provide detailed data.
