What is Post Performance?
Section titled “What is Post Performance?”Post Performance is a dedicated section within the Analytics dashboard that breaks down metrics for individual content pieces. It allows you to track Likes, Comments, Reach, and Engagement Rates for every post, helping you identify high-performing content types and optimize your future strategy.
Top Performing Content
Section titled “Top Performing Content”The Top Performing Content list provides a visual overview of your most successful posts.
Key Metrics Displayed
Section titled “Key Metrics Displayed”For each post in the list, IDEQO displays the following performance indicators:
- Likes: Total number of positive reactions.
- Comments: Total number of user replies.
- Reach: The number of unique accounts that have seen the post.
- Engagement Rate: The percentage of interactions relative to reach or followers (displayed as a percentage).
Sorting & Filtering
Section titled “Sorting & Filtering”You can sort the content list to find specific trends:
- Click the Sort By dropdown menu in the top-right of the card.
- Choose from options such as:
- Highest Engagement: Best for identifying viral content.
- Most Likes: Best for measuring general appeal.
- Most Comments: Best for measuring conversation starters.
- Most Recent: Best for checking the performance of the latest campaigns.
- Highest Conversion: Best for ROI analysis.
Hashtag Performance
Section titled “Hashtag Performance”IDEQO also analyzes the hashtags used in your posts to determine which tags drive the most visibility.
- Reach: How many users saw posts with a specific tag.
- Engagement: How active users were on posts with a specific tag.
- Top Performers: A summary of your most effective hashtags (e.g.,
#SustainableFashion,#LuxuryWatch).
Frequently Asked Questions
Section titled “Frequently Asked Questions”How often are post metrics updated?
Metrics are typically refreshed every 24 hours depending on the connected platform’s API limits.
Can I see who liked my posts?
The Post Performance view aggregates data for privacy and clarity. To see individual user interactions, use the View Post button to open the content on the native platform.
