Set Your Brand Voice (in Brand Kit)

Your Brand Kit is the foundation. Go to Settings > Brand Kit and select the Voice tab.

1. Basic Information

Start by giving your voice a name (e.g., “Social Media Voice”) and a brief description of when to use it. You can also set the default Content Language for AI generation.

2. Tone & Style

Customize how your brand sounds:

Tone Settings: Toggle specific tones like “Professional,” “Friendly,” “Casual,” or “Authoritative.”
Writing Style: Add specific instructions (e.g., “Use active voice,” “Keep sentences short,” “No emojis”).

3. Keywords & Language

Control the vocabulary AI uses:

Core Keywords: Words that should be associated with your brand.
Words & Phrases to Avoid: A “Never Use” list for competitors, buzzwords, or off-brand terms.

4. Products & Services

Give AI context about what you sell:

Products: List your key products.
Services: List your services.
Unique Value Propositions: What makes you different?

5. Target Audience

Define who you are talking to. AI uses this to tailor the message:

Demographics: Age groups, gender, location.
Interests & Behaviors: What your audience cares about.
Pain Points: The problems your brand solves for them.

Writing Manually with Voice in Mind

When you create posts manually, IDEQO provides a Validation Score to help you follow best practices.

The validator checks for:

Content Length: Ensures posts aren’t too long or too short for the platform.
Hashtags: Reminds you to include relevant hashtags.
Basic Quality: Checks for empty content or missing titles (for blogs).

Look for the Validation Badge (e.g., “Ready”, “Needs Attention”) on your content card.

Using AI to Generate On-Brand Content

IDEQO’s AI uses your Brand Kit settings to generate content that sounds like you.

Basic AI Generation

Go to Create > New Idea or Create > Social Post.
Open the AI Assistant panel.
Describe your idea (e.g., “Announce our new feature that auto-schedules posts”).
Click Generate.
IDEQO writes a caption using your defined Tone, Keywords, and Writing Style.

Advanced AI Prompts

Give AI more context for better results:
