Can I change plans anytime? Yes. Upgrade immediately or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your data remains, but you may lose access to features. Remove excess content to fit within limits.
Do I get a refund if I upgrade mid-month? Upgrades are prorated. You pay the difference for the remainder of the month.
Can I have multiple plans? No. Each workspace has one plan. Create separate workspaces for different needs.
What if I exceed my plan limits? You’ll be notified and may need to upgrade or remove items to stay within limits.
