Manage Plans and Billing

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices from the Billing page. You can access this by clicking your profile icon and selecting Billing & Usage.

Annual billing: Save ~25% with annual plans.

  1. Go to Billing & Usage
  2. If you are on a Free plan, click Upgrade Plan to choose a plan.
  3. If you are on a Paid plan, click Manage Subscription (Stripe) or Change Plan (Shopify).
  4. Follow the prompts to select your new plan and confirm.

Changes take effect immediately. You’re charged prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.

  1. Go to Billing & Usage
  2. Click Manage Subscription (Stripe) or Change Plan (Shopify).
  3. Select a lower-tier plan in the portal or dialog.
  4. Confirm downgrade.

Downgrades usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

For Stripe-billed users (standard):

  1. Go to Billing & Usage
  2. Click Manage Subscription (this opens the secure Billing Portal)
  3. Click Add payment method or update an existing one
  4. Save your changes

For Shopify-billed users: Manage your payment methods directly within your Shopify Admin billing settings.

All invoices are available in the Billing Portal.

  1. Go to Billing & Usage
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Look for Invoice History at the bottom
  4. Click the arrow next to an invoice to download PDF
  1. Go to Billing & Usage
  2. Click Manage Subscription (opens Billing Portal)
  3. Click Cancel plan
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

What happens:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle
  • You lose access to paid features after that date
  • Your data is retained for a period in case you reactivate

Monthly plans: Renew on the same day each month. Annual plans: Renew once per year.

If a payment fails, the system will retry automatically. You will receive an email notification regarding the failed payment.

To fix:

  1. Go to Billing & Usage
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Update your payment method in the Billing Portal

7-day free trial: No charge if canceled before the trial ends.

Monthly & Annual plans: Contact support for refund inquiries as per our terms of service. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods.

To request refund: Contact [email protected].

US customers: Sales tax may apply depending on state.

EU & International: VAT/Tax ID can be added in the Billing Portal (under Invoice History > Update billing information) to ensure correct taxation on invoices.

Who can access billing:

  • Owner: Full access to view and manage billing.
  • Admin/Member: No access to billing settings.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. You can switch anytime in the Billing page. Annual plans typically offer a discount.

Do unused team seats carry over? No. Team limits are based on your plan cap (e.g., Creator plan includes up to a certain number of seats).

Can I pay by invoice? Invoice payment is typically available for enterprise or high-volume plans. Contact support for details.

What happens to my data if I cancel? It is retained for a period to allow reactivation, then deleted. Export your data before canceling.
